ROOTS 2019 with its national sample of 27 000 respondents, is the latest release of our survey which has been measuring consumer behaviour in more than 100 local areas every three years over the past 30 years. We have built up a massive data bank of long data that trends what people buy and where they shop across many different retail categories. Including data on what they read ,where they search and how they go about planning their shopping.
